Our classes are skill based, not age specific. Typically, students are between 7 months and 15 years old.

Students will be assessed the first day to be sure they are in the correct level placement. All students in levels 1 - 3 are in the pool at the same time. Our pool is divided into the three sections for lessons; level 1 in shallow end, level 2 in the middle of the pool, level 3 in the deep end. Advanced swimmers meet in the deep end of the pool for the 11:00 class. Infants and parents meet in the shallow end of the pool for the Baby Bubbles class on Saturdays.

Infants

Infants that are comfortable separating from mom and dad are welcome in our group classes and will have an instructor with them at all times. If they are not able to sit on the steps, and instructor will stay with them. Parents are not permitted in the pool, but are welcome to sit on the benches surrounding the pool and watch. For a more tailored program for infants, click on Baby Bubbles! An adult is required to participate in the Baby Bubbles classes on Saturdays.

The instructor will test the child and recommend him/her for the advanced class based on in class observations. It is an extremely challenging class that runs for one hour four days for one week. Each lesson progresses to the next. Swimmers must attend all four lessons to see positive results. There are no make-up lessons for absences.
