Adult Fitness Challenge
Join our fitness swim classes!
Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:15 pm
The fitness session begins June 20! Make-up classes will be announced by the instructor.
Classes will include:
- lap swimming (front, back and breaststroke)
- treading
- water running
- water aerobics/muscle training
We recommend that you bring a towel, goggles and water bottle to each class.
Fitness -- session fee (45 minute classes):
- $150 pool members, $190 non-members (if paid up front)
- OR
- $12 per session pool members, $16 per session non-members (daily rate)
Classes begin June 20!
Do you need a stroke refresher?
Schedule a 30 minute PRIVATE LESSON for early June to prepare for the class. A basic understanding of the general swimming strokes is recommended.
